Job summary

Westland Insurance Group Ltd is seeking a Trainee, Insurance Advisor to join our Trail Bay Mall office in Sechelt, BC. The role offers an hourly rate of $23.00 on a 35-hour work week, with licensing support and a path to the Insurance Advisor position.

Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from hire, with six weeks of training and ongoing support as you progress toward a license. An open, flexible workplace and strong growth opportunities await.

Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee, Insurance Advisor to join the team at our Trail Bay Mall office in Sechelt, BC.Do you love to provide exceptional client service? Expected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $23.00 on a 35-hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement. Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing.

As a Trainee you will:

• Have your licensing costs covered by Westland
• Be provided with a training plan to ensure you’re fully supported throughout the six-week training period and beyond
