Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opening for a Trainee - Insurance Advisor at our Invermere, BC location. If you enjoy providing exceptional client service, you will thrive at Westland! We are looking for a career-oriented individual focused on growing their insurance career.

Expected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $24.00 based on a 37.5-hour workweek, with potential increases upon licensing and progression into the Insurance Advisor role. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the hire date, depending on individual achievement.

Westland supports all Trainees in obtaining their licensing by covering licensing costs and providing a comprehensive training plan during a six-week training period and beyond. As a Trainee, you will:

• Have your licensing costs covered by Westland
• Receive a structured training plan to support your development
