Westland Insurance Group Ltd in Summerside, PE, is seeking a motivated Trainee - Insurance Advisor to start a career in insurance at Summerside or O'Leary. You will participate in a six‑week training plan, have licensing costs covered, and receive guidance to become a licensed Insurance Advisor while delivering exceptional client service.

Expected compensation starts at an hourly rate of $21.28 for a 35-hour week, with increases after licensing and moving into the Insurance Advisor position.

Qualifications

• Eager to grow, with minimal sales or customer service experience.
• Building authentic client relationships comes naturally.
• You manage time effectively and maintain confidentiality. You will pursue the Level 1 Insurance license with support.

Responsibilities

• Be at the frontline, answering questions and explaining product benefits to clients.
• Assist trainees in obtaining licensing through a six-week program and ongoing training.

Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity fora Trainee - Insurance Advisor at either Summerside, PE or O'Leary, PE location. Do you love to provide exceptional client service? Expected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $21.28 on a 35-hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement.

Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing. As a Trainee you will:

• Have your licensing costs covered by Westland A
• Be provided with a training plan to ensure you’re fully supported throughout the six-week training period and beyond
