Responsibilities

• Lead TPTE team across the Prairies and Territories aligned with strategic priorities.
• Support recruitment, workload planning, and staff development.
• Promote collaboration, technical excellence, and quality project delivery.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development for staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support proposals.
• Lead transportation planning, traffic engineering, safety, and multimodal projects.
• Contribute to project delivery with discipline lead responsibilities and planning.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify priorities and develop future project managers.
• Forecast workload, plan resources, and manage backlog and utilization.
• Facilitate team meetings and promote engagement and continuous improvement.
• Champion HSSE culture and ensure it remains a priority.
• Support QA/QC and continuous improvement of design standards.
