Job summary

Calculated Hire seeks a detail-oriented Trade Settlement Support Analyst to manage end-to-end settlement across equities, fixed income and derivatives, leveraging Broadridge platforms (BPS, Impact, Gloss) to ensure accuracy.

You will affirm, confirm and settle trades in collaboration with custodians, counterparties and internal partners, resolve breaks, support regulatory reporting and contribute to automation and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in trade settlement or middle office operations.
• Hands-on experience with Broadridge systems is required.
• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, including pre-settlement and post-trade processes.
• Familiarity with DTCC, Omgeo/CTM, SWIFT messaging, and reconciliation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Trade Settlement Support Analyst with strong experience using Broadridge systems (BPS, Impact, Gloss, or ShadowSuite) to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate trade settlement across various asset classes while mitigating risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the end-to-end trade settlement process for equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Ensure timely affirmation, confirmation, and settlement of trades in coordination with custodians, counterparties, and internal stakeholders.
• Use Broadridge platforms (e.g., BPS, Impact, Gloss) for trade matching, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks, fails, and discrepancies.
• Liaise with trading desks, brokers, and clearinghouses to resolve exceptions in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands‑on experience with Broadridge systems is required.
• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, including pre‑settlement and post‑trade processes.
• Familiarity with DTCC, Omgeo/CTM, SWIFT messaging, and reconciliation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with international markets and multi‑currency settlement.
• Exposure to regulatory requirements like T+1, CSDR, or SEC Rule 15c6-2.
