Purolator is seeking a Licensed Tradesperson at the Calgary South depot to maintain, diagnose and repair material handling equipment (MHE) and ensure equipment uptime in a safe workplace.
The role requires 5 years of experience as an electrician or millwright, plus a 442A or 433A certificate, and fluent English. Work is Sunday to Thursday 23:00–07:30, at a wage of $52.30 per hour.

The Licensed Tradesperson maintains, diagnoses, tests, and repairs the material handling equipment (MHE) (e.g., conveyors, gear boxes rollers, drive unit, hydraulic and pneumatics systems, etc.) to ensure equipment is operating with minimal downtime in compliance with health and safety standards.
Completion of Specialized Courses Normally Taught in Community or Recognized Specialty Colleges Consisting of About Three Academic Years
For electrician roles, a Licensed Industrial Electrician Certificate (442A) is required
For millwright roles, a Licensed Industrial Millwright Certificate (433A) is required
5 years of experience either as an electrician or millwright that installs, maintains, diagnoses, or repairs Material Handling Equipment.

Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders. This requirement is justified by the nature of the responsibilities and operational needs.
