  • Maintain an active pipeline of pre-vetted trades to reduce time-to-fill for urgent project needs.
Trade Relationship and Performance Management
  • Monitor the early performance of newly placed trades and gather feedback from site/project management to confirm fit and quality of work.
  • Support ongoing performance management processes for trades in coordination with the Trade Services Manager, including addressing performance concerns.
  • Track performance outcomes to continuously refine sourcing and selection criteria for future recruitment.
  • Act as a point of contact for trades on performance-related matters, trade engagement issues, addressing questions and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Provide regular updates to the Trade Services Manager on trade performance, retention, and recruitment pipeline status.
  • Liaise regularly with local and regional management teams to align on project needs, resource allocation, and client expectations.
  • Partner with the Trade Services Manager to forecast upcoming labour needs based on project pipeline.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on recruitment pipeline status, time-to-fill, and trade availability.
