Job summary

ZSA Canada in Toronto is seeking a Trademark Agent to join its team. The ideal candidate will be CPATA-licensed and bring at least 3 years of experience in trademark searches, clearance, renewals, applications, reclassifications, assignments, and related areas.

USTO and WIPO experience is a huge plus, as are solid client interaction skills.

This boutique IP firm offers exposure to a full range of trademark matters and close collaboration with partners and clients in a dynamic Toronto practice.

Qualifications

• CPATA-licensed; 3+ years in trademark searches, clearance, renewals, applications, reclassifications, assignments and related areas.
• USTO and WIPO experience a huge plus; strong client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trademark searches and clearance analysis
• Prepare and file trademark applications and renewals
• Assist with reclassifications, assignments and related tasks
• Support client communications and case management

Our client – a well-known IP boutique in Toronto - is looking for a Trademark Agent to join its team. The expected salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,00.
