Colonial Group seeks a Trade Support Specialist to own the client journey for complex trade inquiries. You will focus on achieving first contact resolution and act as the technical authority across asset classes and platform mechanics.

Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, troubleshooting platforms, and collaborating with Trade Desk, risk, and back office to drive improvements. Hybrid work with in-office days is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related work experience in a financial services contact center.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.

Responsabilités

• Ownership-driven support for complex trade topics and client journeys.
• Resolve inquiries on the first interaction to drive high client satisfaction.
• Act as a specialized owner of the client journey for sophisticated asset classes and platform mechanics.
• Contribute to evolution of pod procedures and platform improvements.
• Manage and resolve technical inquiries on equities, options, FX, and related topics.
• Troubleshoot and reproduce platform issues related to trade routing and order flow.
• Take full responsibility for complex account financials, including P&L discrepancies and corporate actions.
• Analyze client feedback to propose new solutions and procedural improvements.
• Proactively report platform issues and client sentiment to management.
• Collaborate with Trade Desk, risk, back office, and technology support for resolution.
