Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Trade Settlement Representative specializing in Mutual Funds and FundServ. This position involves managing daily trade settlements, resolving transaction discrepancies, and ensuring compliance within a fast-paced, high-risk environment. Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $30.71/hr

Responsibilities

• Process mutual fund trades and settlements accurately and efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve transaction breaks, discrepancies, and exceptions.
• Handle FundServ transactions and facilitate money movements.
• Utilize Excel macros to support operational workflows and improve efficiency.
• Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with operational, regulatory, and internal procedures.
• Participate in daily meetings and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Desired Skill-Set
