Job summary

Hirecruiting seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager in Windsor, Quebec to lead TPM deployment and Lean initiatives across the site. You will coach and partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, quality, safety, and frontline teams to elevate productivity, reliability, quality, and engagement.

You will champion a culture focused on zero injuries, zero defects, zero waste, and zero unplanned downtime, guiding Kaizen events and structured problem solving to drive sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French, strong written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Industrial Technology, or related discipline preferred.
• 2-4 years of TPM/Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM deployment, coaching, and sustainability across the site.
• Drive Lean manufacturing strategy and Kaizen events to eliminate losses.
• Identify and fix safety, quality, productivity, process, and equipment issues.
• Establish TPM routines, governance, and standard work with measurable metrics.
• Coach leaders, supervisors, and frontline teams in TPM and continuous improvement methods.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, and quality teams to improve reliability and uptime.
