Job summary

Hunter Recruiting seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site. You will partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, quality, safety, and frontline teams to lift productivity, reliability, and engagement.

As TPM expert, you will lead deployment, coach teams, facilitate Kaizen events, and ensure improvements align with plant objectives while pursuing zero injuries, defects, waste, and unplanned downtime.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and French with strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Industrial Technology, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, CI, or Operational Excellence experience.
  • Experience leading TPM/Lean/Kaizen initiatives in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment and sustainability of TPM and Lean strategy.
  • Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to identify losses.
  • Drive continuous-improvement projects and Kaizen events.
  • Establish TPM routines, governance, standard work, and metrics.
  • Track and communicate TPM, productivity, quality, downtime, and performance.
  • Coach, train, and develop leaders in TPM, Lean, and CI methods.
  • Support a safe, clean, environmentally compliant workplace.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, and quality teams to improve reliability.
  • Build engagement and accountability for TPM plant-wide.
  • Share best practices across the TPM network.
