Job summary

Koch-Glitsch, LP in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a Confined Space Safety Attendant to support vessel operations in gas plant and refinery environments. You will work at heights, around cranes, and handle parts while maintaining strict safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring knowledge of vessel internals, the ability to read blueprints, and experience in confinement and safety documentation, plus OSSA/H2S Alive/CSTS 20/WHMIS/First Aid.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of vessel internals including trays, packing, demister pads, external piping.
  • Ability to read simple blueprints.
  • Experience blinding and deblending process vessels.
  • Prior experience as a Confined Space Safety Attendant.
  • Prior experience working in vessels or with vessel internals.
  • Prior experience working in gas plants or refineries.
  • First Aid (Level A or C).
  • WHMIS.
  • Basic Safety Orientation (OSSA).
