Qualifications

• 4 years basic knowledge of Wireless construction
• Rigging experience
• Tower Build Experience
• Gin Pole Experience
• Experience with cranes
• Telecom systems experience (e.g., TELUS/Bell/Rogers)
• Ability to teach others
• Strong safety adherence
• Physically capable for outdoor work

Responsibilities

• Review scope of work and construction drawings with the Crew Lead
• Supervise crew members on site
• Assist foreperson and run top part of jobs daily
• Verify materials, tools and equipment on site
• Inspect equipment and PFAS prior to use
• Attend daily tailgate safety meetings
• Document final work with photos and upload records
• Keep site clean and orderly throughout the project
• Prepare for next job
