Job summary

Camel Towing & Sales Ltd. is seeking a reliable Tow Truck Operator with a valid Saskatchewan Class 1A or Class 3A licence to join our team. You will safely operate tow trucks and recovery equipment while delivering exceptional customer service throughout Southeast Saskatchewan.

The role requires independent work, calm handling of emergencies, and adherence to safety standards. On-call rotation includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • Valid Saskatchewan Class 1A or Class 3A Driver's Licence is required.
  • Clean driver's abstract.
  • Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing demanding tasks.
  • Reliable, dependable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Operate light, medium, and heavy-duty tow trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Perform vehicle towing, recovery, winching, boosting, lockout assistance, tire changes, and roadside service.
  • Complete vehicle inspections and maintain equipment in clean, safe working condition.
  • Secure vehicles and equipment using proper towing and recovery procedures.
  • Complete service documentation accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, law enforcement and emergency personnel.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and Saskatchewan traffic regulations.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job description

Camel Towing & Sales Ltd. is seeking a reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious Tow Truck Operator with a valid Class 1A or Class 3A driver's licence to join our team. We provide professional towing, recovery, roadside assistance, vehicle transport, and equipment hauling services throughout Southeast Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating tow trucks and recovery equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires someone who can work independently, remain calm under pressure, and respond professionally to emergency and roadside service calls.

Responsibilities
  • Operate light, medium, and heavy-duty tow trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Perform vehicle towing, recovery, winching, boosting, lockout assistance, tire changes, and roadside service.
