Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the LSO.
• Canadian Federal Court immigration/refugee judicial review experience.
• Excellent written advocacy and legal research skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and own assigned files.

Responsibilities

• Handle Federal Court leave and judicial review matters.
• Work on PRRA, RPD/RAD, IAD, sponsorship refusals, inadmissibility.
• Review evidence and prepare client conferences and written advocacy.
• Collaborate with principal counsel and support staff.
