Job summary

Flip retail in Toronto is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide residence care assistance. The role is full-time with an 8-hour shift on weekdays and alternating weekends.

You will be supported by care supervisors and nursing personnel, receive ongoing training, and earn CA$19.00–CA$20.00 per hour with bonuses for outstanding performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in elder care.
• Caregiver role with PSW background preferred.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Provide residence care assistance to clients.
• Follow Balanced Care Approach and care plans.
• Work Monday–Friday with alternating weekends, 8-hour shifts.
