Job summary

Broccolini Construction Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of premier construction projects.

You will drive contract management, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. Responsibilities include planning with the Superintendent, tender analysis, contract administration, meetings with trades and consultants, and mentoring team members while upholding Broccolini’s Pride and Passion values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management roles.
• Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills.
• Experience managing a team.
• Strong computer skills and MS Project knowledge.
• Ability to build relationships and resolve complex issues.
• Exceptional communication, time management and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to the defined budget, schedule, and scope.
• Plan, organize, direct and manage all facets of construction projects.
• Manage monthly progress, approve billings, and produce monthly reports.
• Coordinate tendering, pricing, and contracts with trades and estimation teams.
• Lead design and construction meetings with subs and consultants.
• Maintain a strong health, safety, and environment culture on site.
• Mentor and develop direct reports for career growth.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations on assigned projects.
• Perform regular site visits.
