Job summary

Axelor is seeking a Project Manager in Toronto to lead end-to-end software deployments for North American clients. You will own customer engagements from scoping to delivery after completing an onboarding program on our platform and ecosystem.

As the strategic liaison between clients and internal engineering, solutions, and sales teams, you will drive governance, manage milestones, and foster long-term relationships, with English fluency required and French as an asset.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience leading complex B2B enterprise software deployments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; English fluency required; French is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementations from scoping to delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Developers to ensure alignment.
• Maintain project governance, schedules, milestones, and risk plans across the lifecycle.
• Communicate with clients through steering committee reviews and governance forums.
