Job summary

Brodie League is seeking a City Launcher based in Toronto to expand Brodie markets through community engagement, venue scouting, and rapid early growth. You will recruit captains, close venues, and drive local demand while becoming the face of Brodie in your neighbourhood.

You’ll work evenings and weekends, leverage your local basketball network, and scale the market with a repeatable launch playbook. Compensation includes a base of CA$70K–CA$80K plus uncapped commission

Qualifications

• Live in the launch neighbourhood or adjacent area.
• Existing network in the local basketball community today.
• Active player in a rec league or recent season.
• Able to name your first ten captains and contact them.
• Willing to travel across your growing territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and leverage a local network to recruit captains and secure venues.
• Negotiate and close venue deals while tracking progress in CRM.
• Lead growth marketing efforts to make Brodie a community talking point.
• Own season performance and gradually expand to adjacent cities as you prove results.
