Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, community management, or growth.
• Availability on evenings and weekends.
• Base in Vancouver with travel across the market.

Responsibilities

• Launch the market in your territory from first contact to sold-out opening night.
• Identify gyms/facilities, negotiate venues, and build relationships with local partners.
• Recruit and secure captains and free agents to establish early community engagement.
• Run and own game nights, retain players, and drive season-over-season re-registration.
• Develop outbound strategies and track pipeline activity in CRM to forecast recruitment.
