Job summary

Agilus Work Solutions is seeking a Tooling Crib Supervisor in Windsor, Ontario, for a 3-6 month contract. This hands-on leadership role requires overseeing daily tooling crib operations, supervising hourly team members, and ensuring inventory accuracy to support production continuity in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing setting.

You will coordinate tool issuance, returns, repairs, and calibrations, enforce safety, monitor stock levels, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Experience with inventory control and material transactions.
• Familiarity with ERP, CMMS, or tool-control systems.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S familiarity helps.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Tooling Crib Supervisor in the Automotive Manufacturing industry in Windsor, Ontario.

Are you a hands-on leader with experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing support? We are seeking a Tooling Crib Supervisor to oversee daily tooling crib operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will lead a team, drive inventory accuracy, support production continuity, and champion safety while ensuring tools, parts, and supplies are available when needed for efficient operations.
