As a Tooling and Assembly Operations Lead, you will lead the day-to-day activities across Westinghouse shop facilities, supporting the manufacture, assembly, testing, and delivery of specialized tooling and equipment for the nuclear industry. You will help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating multidisciplinary work scopes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key activities include overseeing fabrication and assembly operations, supporting equipment testing, resolving manufacturing challenges, and collaborating with engineering, project management, manufacturing teams, and external vendors. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative technologies supporting both existing nuclear facilities and next-generation nuclear solutions.
You will report to the Engineering Manager, Inspection Tooling Engineering and be located at Burlington, Ontario, Canada. This position will be offered as an onsite role.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. Thebase salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $67,500 to $84,250 per year. This position is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with company policies and applicable employment standards legislation.
