This role will require you to leverage your skills and experience to drive a culture of excellence, focus, and collaboration. As Tool & Die Supervisor, you will oversee the repair and preventative maintenance of machine shop tools, gauges, fixtures, jigs, and dies. You will also be responsible for ensuring departmental productivity, quality, safety, and cost targets are achieved for all stamping dies on your shift.
