We’re investing $3 billion to expand the Ford Oakville plant to produce the legendary F-Series Super Duty pickup truck by 2026. This talented and experienced leader will lead a team of Tool and Die professionals to drive a culture of excellence, focus, and collaboration. Ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and cost targets are achieved for all stamping dies on all shifts/crews within the stamping department. Delivering all department scorecard objectives, owning processes and standardization. You will lead continuous improvement opportunities to ensure production volume and quality targets are achieved and serve as a change agent to drive the Ford Production System.
