Job summary

Responsibility

• Support the Montessori curriculum
• Prepare an environment in which the furnishings and materials are complete and correspond to the needs of the students
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and attractive Montessori environment, including routine care and maintenance of classroom materials
• Provide educational plans when necessary
• Observe and regularly record progress for all children
• Prepare for parent conferences, write reports and weekly newsletters
• Organize the whole cycle in the Montessori group
• Supervise assistant teachers
