Job summary

Canadian Health Solutions is expanding its Moncton clinic and seeks a Part-Time Neuronavigated TMS Technician & Operations Administrator to join a multidisciplinary team. The role blends clinical care, TMS treatment delivery, and administrative coordination, with training provided and a strong focus on patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.

Fluency in English is required; French is an asset. A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, nursing, or a related healthcare field is preferred, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Experience in mental health or healthcare settings is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, client-centered care while supporting patients and clinic operations.
• Administer NrTMS treatments according to established protocols (training provided).
• Coordinate scheduling, patient intake, and clinical documentation.
• Maintain TMS equipment and report service promptly.
• Support with clinic rounds and communication with care team.
• Open, maintain, and close client files with confidentiality.
