This hybrid role blends patient care, TMS treatment delivery, and administrative coordination to support patients and clinic operations. You will work with psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, social workers, and TMS technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.
• Experience in a mental health or healthcare setting caring for anxiety and depression.
• Strong teamwork in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.
• Proficient with electronic medical records (e.g., Jane App) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care and TMS treatment delivery within a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with patient intake, education on treatment options, and safety.
• Coordinate scheduling, records, and documentation; maintain confidentiality.
• Support clinic operations and inventory management.
• Communicate with physicians and healthcare partners; participate in rounds.
