We’re looking for an experienced SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Consultant to join our team. You’ll play a key role in implementing and enhancing SAP C4C solutions for clients across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and map business requirements to C4C functionalities
• Configure and customize C4C using KUT and SDK (ABSL, UI scripting, etc.)
• Design, test, and support integration with SAP ERP (S/4HANA, ECC, CRM) using CPI, PI/PO, or BTP
• Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and deliver enhancements
• Conduct workshops, document functional designs, and support UAT
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Provide end-user support and training when needed
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP C4C experience across Sales, Service, and Marketing
• Strong hands-on knowledge of KUT, extension fields, mash-ups, and data source creation
• Integration experience with S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP CRM
• Familiarity with CPI or other middleware tools
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the USA or Canada (no sponsorship available)

• Experience with Salesforce or other cloud CRM platforms
• SAP Cloud Application Studio (SDK) proficiency
• Knowledge of SAP standard APIs and web services
