Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Grande Prairie, Canada, is seeking a Sales & Service Technician to perform tire installation, wheel maintenance, TPMS work, and related tasks. You will deliver outstanding customer service while supporting store sales and adhering to company policies.

The role involves lifting 35–75 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided on the job to develop a broad skill set across tire services.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
