Job summary

Kal Tire Mining Group in Lethbridge is hiring a Tire Technician to support day‑to‑day shop service work, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires. This is a temporary role with both full‑time and part‑time hours available for the contract duration.

You will join a team that values safety, collaboration, and getting the job done right, with shifts scheduled within store hours and potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum tire technician or automotive experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly and stay active.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Team‑oriented with a safety‑first approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Safely operate tire service equipment and tools.
• Inspect tires and vehicles to identify required services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
• Support the team to keep workflow efficient and on schedule.
