Job summary

Kal Tire in Mississauga is seeking a Tire Technician to support daily tire service in-store, including installation, removal, rotation, balancing, and repair. This temporary role offers full-time or part-time hours with hands-on training.

You will work in a safety-focused team, maintaining a clean, efficient shop and adhering to PPE and safety procedures. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 30–50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Team-oriented with a practical, safety-first approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Safely operate tire service equipment and tools.
• Inspect tires and vehicles to identify required services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
• Support the team to keep workflow efficient and on schedule.
