Job summary

Kal Tire in Canada is hiring a Tire Technician to install, remove, rotate, balance, and repair tires. You’ll work in a team-focused shop, prioritize safety, and support day-to-day service during the contract term.

The position offers full- and part-time hours, hands-on training, and a chance to gain practical experience in the automotive industry while contributing to a reliable service team.

Qualifications

• Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift.
• Team-oriented with a practical, safety-first approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Tire Technician, you’ll support the day-to-day service work in the shop, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while helping keep operations running smoothly. This is a temporary position with full-time and part-time hours available for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works safely, supports each other, and takes pride in getting the job done right.

• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 - 18:00
  • Saturday: 8:00 - 17:00
  • Sunday: Closed
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 14, 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
