Job summary

Geoterra is seeking a Timber Cruiser for a role that requires significant fieldwork across the British Columbia interior. You will perform timber cruising tasks, collect data, and assist with inventory in remote locations while traveling with per-diem and travel covered by Geoterra.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of timber cruising experience, knowledge of the BC Timber Cruising Manual, and a valid BC Driver's Licence; CruiseMate experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as timber cruiser in the British Columbia interior.
• Working knowledge of the BC Timber Cruising Manual.
• Valid BC Driver's License.
• Experience using CruiseMate application.

Compensation

• $30-$40 per hr. plus overtime at time and a half.
