Aramark, operating Tim Hortons locations, seeks a friendly General Help to serve customers, prepare drinks and food, and keep the café clean and welcoming in Calgary, Alberta. You will learn on the job and grow with the team while supporting daily operations.

The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy with cash handling, and teamwork. Prior food-service experience is a plus, and flexibility to adapt to changing shifts is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service while preparing drink and food orders
• Compile orders accurately and in a timely fashion
• Receive payment by cash, debit/credit card and campus card
• Assist with opening/closing of the location
• Keep stations clean and replenished at all times
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• May perform other job duties as required

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while preparing drink and food orders

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

• Experience in food service and cash-handling an asset
• Strong customer service skills and working within a team setting
• Ability to follow directions, work quickly and concisely under pressure, and with minimal supervision
