Job summary

ONroute is hiring Team Members for Tim Hortons in our busy plazas along the 401/400. Roles include greeting customers, taking orders, preparing food, and handling mobile orders in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

We offer flexible hours, an hourly rate of 17.90 CAD, overnight premium pay, meal allowance, and benefits for full-time staff, plus RRSP matching and paid training. Reliable transportation is required due to highway locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, food service or retail is a plus.
• Ability to greet customers and take orders with a positive attitude.
• Comfort handling payments and processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders, suggest items and answer menu questions.
• Prepare food and drinks for customers.

• Welcoming customers and greeting them with a positive attitude, taking orders (suggesting your favourites and our feature items), answering questions about menu items and processing payments
• Preparing food and drinks
• Managing mobile orders
• Assembling orders and packaging take-out and indoor dining options
• Keeping all surfaces clean and sanitary to ensure the safety for our customers, team-mates, and yourself

Reliable transportation is required as our plazas are located on the 401/ 400 highways, and public transportation is not available.
