Job summary

ONroute is hiring Team Members for Tim Hortons locations across our busy plazas along the 401/400 highways in Ontario. We offer flexible hours, a paid training program, and a competitive hourly rate of $17.90 plus overnight premium pay and meal allowances.

Full-time staff receive health and dental coverage and RRSP matching. Reliable transportation is required as plazas are highway-based with limited public transit.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, food service or retail as cashier/barista is valuable.
• Reliable transportation required as plazas are on highways and not accessible by public transit.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders, suggest items, and process payments.
• Prepare food and drinks.
• Manage mobile orders.
• Assemble orders for take-out and dine-in.
• Maintain clean and sanitary surfaces throughout shifts.

• Welcoming customers and greeting them with a positive attitude, taking orders (suggesting your favourites and our feature items), answering questions about menu items and processing payments
• Preparing food and drinks
• Managing mobile orders
• Assembling orders and packaging take-out and indoor dining options
• Keeping all surfaces clean and sanitary to ensure the safety for our customers, team-mates, and yourself

Reliable transportation is required as our plazas are located on the 401/ 400 highways, and public transportation is not available.
