The Byng Group is seeking experienced tiling and ceramics subcontractors for ongoing residential renovation projects in Ontario, including Bellville/Trenton and London areas. Strong field knowledge and ability to meet timelines are essential.

Applicants must have own tools, Ontario registration, WSIB clearance, and liability insurance. Competitive subcontractor rates and reliable collaboration with project managers are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential tile installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems and tile standards.
• Own tools and reliable transportation.
• Registered business in Ontario (required).
• Valid WSIB clearance certificate (required).
• General liability insurance (min. $2M).
• Ability to meet quality standards and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Installation of ceramic, porcelain, and tile flooring.
• Tile installation for tub surrounds, showers, and backsplashes.
• Surface preparation (substrate prep, waterproofing, leveling as required).
• Grouting, sealing, and finishing work.
• Repairs or replacement of existing tile as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and safe job site.
• Professional communication with clients and project managers.
• Set pricing provided per scope of work.

We are currently seeking experienced tiling and ceramics subcontractors for ongoing residential renovation projects in Bellville/Trenton, Ontario, and surrounding areas.

• Installation of ceramic, porcelain, and tile flooring
• Tile installation for tub surrounds, showers, and backsplashes
• Surface preparation (substrate prep, waterproofing, leveling as required)
• Grouting, sealing, and finishing work
• Repairs or replacement of existing tile as needed
• Set pricing provided per scope of work
• Most materials supplied by us (tile, thinset, grout, and standard materials; specialty items may be excluded)
• Maintaining a clean and safe job site
• Professional communication with clients and project managers
