Job summary

OEG Sports & Entertainment in Edmonton seeks a dynamic Manager, Ticketing & Customer Service on a term basis for an 18-month maternity leave coverage. You will lead the ticketing and customer service team for Oilers, Oil Kings, and Live Entertainment, driving service excellence and revenue retention.

You will report to the Vice President, Ticket Service and Operations, shaping service initiatives, staff development, and cross-brand collaboration to achieve incremental revenue and high customer

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a related field is required; extensive related experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience with a professional sports and entertainment organization.
• Experience with TM Archtics and Microsoft Dynamics is an asset; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills with ability to anticipate client needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads Ticketing and Customer Services Representatives for ticket-related service, touchpoints, and issues.
• Leads retention campaigns and renewal efforts for Oilers, Oil Kings, and Live Entertainment programs.
• Oversees Accounts Receivable processes for season seats, Power Packs, and groups to minimize past due balances.
• Recruits and trains staff into professional ticket service providers.
• Develops ticket service policies and procedures for Rogers Place ticketing.
• Maintains data integrity and timely reporting of customer interactions.
