Job summary

OEG Sports & Entertainment is seeking a proactive Marketing Project Lead to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives connecting the Edmonton Oilers and Edmonton Oil Kings with their Season Seat Holders and Members.

You will oversee year-round touchpoint plans, including digital communications, onboarding, renewals, and tenure recognition, while ensuring alignment with revenue goals. You will manage vendor relations, timelines, and creative deliverables for engaging fan experiences.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct marketing experience.
• Experience overseeing end-to-end production and delivery of print and digital collateral.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing deployments (email, landing pages, digital portals).
• Experience planning and executing large-scale events.
• Excellent writing with strong proofreading and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to engage Season Seat Holders and Members.
• Coordinate touchpoints with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Lead planning and production of tenure projects celebrating Season Seat Holders.
• Manage marketing communications across portal, email, and landing pages.
• Support fan events such as Holiday Socials, Fan Day, and Skills Competition.
• Define success criteria, scope campaigns, and manage timelines and approvals.
