Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada is seeking a TPRM Analyst to oversee the end-to-end third-party risk management lifecycle. You will conduct risk assessments, due diligence, and monitor vendor risks while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with internal policies.

You will partner with business stakeholders, produce reports using Ariba, ServiceNow, Tableau and Excel, and guide relationship managers on TPRM requirements.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Risk Management, Compliance, Information Security, Audit, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Risk Management, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of vendor risk management practices and regulatory requirements ( OSFI B10).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• 2 years experience with ServiceNow
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) literacy and the ability to apply responsible AI practices in day-to-day operations, including effective use of approved tools, critical review of AI-generated outputs, and awareness of related risks and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight of the Third-Party Risk Management Program for DBTS, including the validation of third-party risk assessments, ensuring the appropriate due diligence and ongoing management activities occur
• Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely completion of risk management activities.
• Prepare third party risk management reports, metrics, and management updates leveraging Ariba, ServiceNow, Tableau and Excel
• Conduct third-party risk assessments and due diligence reviews for new and existing Third parties
• Support and coordinate third party questionnaires issued from the TPRM Tool
• Monitor remediation activities and ongoing compliance requirements.
• Provide guidance to relationship managers on the requirements of the Third-Party Risk Management Program
• Act as a subject matter expert in all organizational third-party governance, risk and management requirements
• Support the identification of industry trends in effective third-party relationship management and identifies improvements for DBTS
• Contribute to continuous improvement, process enhancements, and automation initiatives within the TPRM program.
