Qualifications

• Over 10 years in Third Party Risk Management, Operational Risk, Audit, or Compliance.
• Deep expertise in audit practices and regulatory expectations.
• Proven ability to communicate complex risk using regulator-ready language.
• Experience engaging regulators (e.g., OSFI) and internal/external audit functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Assurance across VISM, VGM, and Sourcing.
• Oversee risk governance, KRIs, issues management, and data integrity.
• Own and lead procurement-related RCSAs and risk assessments.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, evidence-based, and defensible.
• Develop and maintain TPRM guidelines and playbooks.
