Job summary

Agilus by Synergie in Guelph, Ontario is hiring an Assembly Associate for day or afternoon shifts. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week at $21.00 hourly and weekly direct deposit pay.

Duties include verifying stock, monitoring quality, loading raw materials, and completing required reports, while maintaining health, safety, and housekeeping standards. The successful candidate must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, have reliable transportation in the Guelph area, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Verify stock and order specifications.
• Monitor box quality (loose liner, warp, size, print/slotting).
• Report quality problems to the Operator.
• Complete administrative duties and reports accurately and timely.
• Load raw materials into the machine and maintain equipment.
• Follow health, safety and housekeeping policies and government regulations.
• Assist with maintenance orders and participate in preventive tasks.

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Assembly Associate in the Industrial Sector in Guelph, Ontario.

Full Time Monday to Friday hours
Day Shift: 7am-3pm
Afternoon Shift: 3pm-11pm
Weekly pay via direct deposit with 4% vacation pay

Duties:

• Obtain order and verify stock specifications and condition
• Monitor box quality, including but not limited to: loose liner, warp, correct size, and print and/or proper scoring/slotting.
• Report any quality problems to the Operator.
• Complete necessary administrative duties and reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Checking ink requirements, washing used print plates, setting the hopper, kicker, and gates
• Loading raw materials into the machine
• Turn in maintenance orders to supervisor for repairs.
• Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including conduct, Health & Safety and maintaining good housekeeping, as well as all government regulations.
• Ensure compliance with set policies and procedures within BRCGS regulations.
• Additional duties related to or not related to this job classification as assigned by supervisor.
