CoolIT Systems, an Ecolab company, is seeking a Thermal Mechanical Engineer in Calgary to design and validate liquid cooling solutions for high‑performance electronics. You will lead development from concept to production, create CAD models and BOMs, and perform thermal/structural analyses to optimize reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing mechanical components and assemblies for mass production.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, mechanism design, FEA, DFM/DFMEA, PLM, testing and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with CAD and simulation tools to create production-ready models and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop liquid cooling products for high-performance computing.
• Lead product development from concept through production, including prototyping and validation.
• Create CAD models, drawings, BOMs and documentation.
• Perform thermal, fluid flow, and structural analyses to optimize performance.
• Conduct testing and investigate root causes to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain and customers.
