Overview
Under general supervision, works with participants to obtain placement for therapeutic services within our internal center or the Therapy Provider Network. Functions as the liaison between Therapy Services associates, medical providers, and participants. Coordinates assignments, manages related communications, and ensures appropriate documentation is completed.

Pay: $23 per hour with full-time benefits
Hours: 9am-5pm
Location: Report to Ontario office 2x weekly
Position: Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and processes physician referrals, reports, and re-authorizations as directed by management. Communicates with medical providers, Therapy Center associates, and Contracted Therapy Service providers to ensure appropriate participant assignments and complete necessary documentation.
- Communicates and documents interactions with participants, families, or caregivers regarding therapy services, assignments, schedules, concerns, and feedback. Provides bilingual communication or translation as needed.
- Maintains professional communication with participants, associates, medical providers, and managers to ensure participant assignments align with services provided. Prepares and presents data, reports, and statistics related to utilization or productivity. Provides orientation and support to Therapy Services and Network associates.
- Participates in team meetings and events to improve service quality and support Therapy Services initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative or clinical environment requiring coordination and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows applications, databases, and internet.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, maintaining professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and produce high-quality, detail-oriented results.
- Flexible and focused amidst shifting priorities, workload, and deadlines.
- Ability to understand organizational policies and practices.
- Must pass a physical exam, TB test, and provide proof of vaccinations or immunity.
- Must obtain and maintain criminal record clearance and be able to travel locally, maintaining appropriate driving records and insurance.
