SUMMARY
Working closely with our Residential Maintenance Manager, theResidential Services Coordinatoris responsible for coordinating the suite turnover process, work orders, inventory ordering and monitoring, and providing property maintenance support. They will maintain the residential customer database and provide support to 7 residential maintenance team members.
