Qualificações

• Certificate, diploma, or degree in CYC or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children/youth facing behavioral or mental health challenges.
• Proven leadership ability and team guidance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate care in a therapeutic, group-living setting.
• Lead the development and execution of activity plans.
• Engage participants and document observations for clinical staff.
• Lead daily group meetings and facilitate educational groups.
• Support safety, treatment, nutrition, and life skills development.
• Mentor practicum students and volunteers as directed by the unit manager.
