We’re looking for a (Part-time) Sales Associate for our The Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward.

As a (Part-time) Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. Your responsibilities include delivering excellent service to achieve store objectives such as in-store sales and web orders, as directed by the Store Manager. Success in this role requires thriving in a fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively, and executing operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Maximize store results by creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Provide a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity, fostering positive customer connections and loyalty.
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Store Manager.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to assist customers.
  • Motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Openness to learning and developing new skills.

  • Willingness to work various scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
