We’re looking for a (Part-time) Sales Associate for our The Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward.

As a (Part-time) Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. Your responsibilities include delivering on service standards to achieve store objectives, which encompasses in-store sales, web orders, and goals set by the Store Manager. Success in this role requires thriving in a fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively, and executing operational excellence.

Key job accountabilities include but are not limited to:

• Maximize store results by creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends.
• Provide a shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty through responsive service, merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintain open communication with the Store Manager.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to assist customer needs.
• Motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Openness to learning and developing new skills.

• Availability to work various shifts, including closing shifts and weekends as required.
