Goodness-Me is seeking a Kitchen Team Member in Burlington to support everyday food preparation and back-of-house operations. You’ll help prepare ingredients, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and keep the kitchen organized for smooth service.

Responsibilities include following recipes, washing, cutting, packaging, labeling foods, opening/closing duties, receiving deliveries, and assisting with merchandising of Eatery offerings while delivering friendly service.

Formación

• Experience in a food service, kitchen, prepared foods, grocery, or retail environment.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, instructions, and food safety procedures accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and daytime shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing food, ingredients, and beverages according to established recipes, standards, and procedures
• Completing daily food preparation tasks including washing, cutting, portioning, cooking, assembling, packaging, and labeling food products
• Following proper food handling, storage, temperature control, and sanitation procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and food preparation environment
• Completing opening, operating, and closing duties
• Receiving, organizing, and putting away food and supply deliveries as required
• Assisting with merchandising and presentation of prepared foods, grab-and-go products, displays, and other Eatery offerings
• Providing friendly and helpful service to customers and assisting with basic food or product questions when required
• Adhering to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety requirements, and other programs and initiatives

Your day-to-day:

As a Good Kitchen Team Member, you’ll primarily support the food preparation and back-of-house operations of our Eatery. You’ll help prepare ingredients and food items, maintain high standards for food quality and safety, keep the kitchen organized and well stocked, and help ensure our prepared foods are presented beautifully for our customers.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Preparing food, ingredients, and beverages according to established recipes, standards, and procedures
• Completing daily food preparation tasks including washing, cutting, portioning, cooking, assembling, packaging, and labeling food products
• Following proper food handling, storage, temperature control, and sanitation procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and food preparation environment
